Summary The paper presents the results of the analysis of the materials of integrated geophysical studies of the central part of the Yenisei-Khatanga regional trough, obtained in the process of developing a volume model of its deep structure as the basis of scientific forecasting for hydrocarbon prospecting. The data of the regional CCP and MT profiling are interpreted basing on the zoning of potential fields, the results of 2D and 3D geophysical inversions and the classification of the main sedimentary and igneous rock complexes by physical properties. Attention is focused on the contribution of MTS data to the results of studying the deep architecture of the trough: identification of fault zones, fluidized areas and sedimentary grabens in profile sections, construction of surfaces of the Paleozoic structural formation and crystalline basement, as well as localization and determination of the morphology of magmatic formations of the period of geodynamic activation at the Pz-Mz boundary - large intrusives and buried trap strata.
